Return Policy

If a return is approved, you will receive a partial or full credit for the full value of the order. The credited amount can be used to place another order.

You can proceed with a return by following these steps:


I. Go to your Monarcado PR account at monarcadopr.com


II. Identify the corresponding order in "Your Orders" and click the "Return/Refund" button.


III. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. You may be required to provide more information related to the order.

IV. After providing the required information, click the “Next Step” button to continue.


V. You will have the option to choose your return and refund methods. After submitting the application,


SAW. Ship your package from the nearest USPS/UPS location, to the mailing address we will provide.


VII. You can check the refund status of your item(s) on your order details page.

 

Cancelled Orders

If your order has been cancelled, the money will be refunded to your original source of payment. The time periods will proceed according to the following reasons:

The refund will be made within 24 to 48 hours when the cancellation is for the following reasons:

1 - The Customer changed or cancelled the order
2 - Payment Refused
3 - Items Not Available

The refund will be made within 7 to 45 days when the cancellation is for the following reasons:

1 - The order has been identified as "Possible Fraud"

To reduce the risk of fraudulent orders in the future, we carry out an investigation into the possible reasons. Once our investigation is complete, we will proceed to make the refund. Our policies establish a maximum of 45 days to refund the payment to the original source.
